PRIVACY
Conversation should feel private.
Lumaneta remembers a few useful details, never the whole conversation.
Calls are not recorded
We do not retain call audio or raw call transcripts. Audio is processed while you speak so Emily can respond, then discarded.
Phone and text messages
We use your phone number to provide the conversations and account messages you request. If you separately opt in, we may send recurring informational and account-related text messages. This consent does not include promotional or marketing texts. Up to 5 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Conversation memory is on by default
Emily may save a small number of useful, non-sensitive details so a future conversation does not start from zero. She gives you a plain-English notice before doing this. Say “forget that,” “forget everything,” or “turn memory off” at any time. You can also view, remove, or disable memories from your account. Turning memory off removes all active notes and prevents new ones.
Email works like email
Email messages are stored so Emily can reply and continue the thread. Do not send passwords, financial account details, Social Security numbers, medical records, or other highly sensitive information.
Payment
Payment is completed on a secure checkout page. Lumaneta does not ask for card numbers by phone, text, or email.
Measurement and advertising
We use site analytics and advertising tools to understand whether an ad led to a page visit, checkout, or membership. We do not send call audio, transcripts, conversation topics, saved memories, mobile opt-in information, or text-message consent to advertising platforms.
