These terms explain Lumaneta membership.

The service

Lumaneta provides conversations with Emily, a software companion available to members by phone, text, and email. The service is not therapy, caregiving, medical care, legal advice, financial advice, or an emergency service.

Membership

Membership costs $10 per month until canceled. Payment is required before using the conversation service. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the paid billing period.

Text messages

Members may text Emily and receive account or service messages they request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Conversation memory

Conversation memory is on by default. Emily may keep a small number of useful, non-sensitive notes for continuity. You may remove individual notes, forget everything, or turn memory off at any time. Calls are not recorded, and raw call transcripts are not saved.

Appropriate use

Threats, harassment, sexual exploitation, fraud, illegal activity, and attempts to misuse the service may result in suspension or termination.

Emergencies

Do not use Lumaneta for emergencies. Call 911 in the United States or the appropriate local emergency service.
